how did the tourny go

We had a very good turn out. 24 Teams in the catfish division. 960.00 to Gleaners Food Bank from the entry fee. The first place team then donated 60.00 of the winnings and Paul Meyers and his family donated $100.00. Then another individual donated money for a total of 1200.00. Fisrt place went to Dave Goen & Dan Cunningham. 2nd Was Eddie Brochin & Joe cox. !st place 19.75 2nd 17.72 3rd 15.05. Great job guys even with the temporary bad weather. They are wanting to posibly do 2 next year. One in the spring for Riley Children & one in the fall for Gleaners Food Bank. We have Gander Mountain as a main sponsor and will keep you in touch as things progress. Thank you once again for everyone who participated, helped, donated, and showed up. And a BIG thanks to Mike Mitchel for use of the buckets and scales.

It was actually a 50/50 that produced the extra money not an individual. We want to thank George for getting the 50/50 together.

I presume those big'uns were flattys? If so, that's 3 or 4 flattys I know of out of Geist in last few weeks. Maybe they are multiplying in there!
