yesterday Morris & i fished @ Vincennes . The river was covering the ramp.
When we got back to the ramp the gate to the ramp was closed. the river
raised & is on the road through the ramp area. the river is full of trash,
limbs & lots of logs. I hope a local club member can keep everyone up dated
on the river & if the ramp will be open to boaters. gate is closed now.
