where are the fish?
i fished the river pretty hard last night(ST JOE) i started fishing for cats about 7 and fished until 5:45AM and didnt have 1 bite!!! where are the fish?!?!

Found most of the fish hanging out around deep water. In some areas deepwater is the water just alittle deeper thatn the shallows. We fished 5 foot before dark and then moved to the edge and fished 2 foot and caught fish. This hot dry stuff is messing everything up.

yeah i talked to one other guy that lives about 45 mins from the river and he said he has been doing really well lately there... he said my problem was i was too far downstream where there wasnt enough current... he said he felt bad bc i was out on the water for over 15hrs without one fish, but its cool to see that they have a sort of migration pattern where they will pack into one area leaving other bare...
